My client is quickly become the market leader for providing Support Services and IT Help Desk to the Higher Education Market. We are currently seeking an Account Managers for the East Coast, Preferably in Cleveland! Base Salary 90k-100k, Total comp to 140K. Salary based on experience.

For this role, my client offers an attractive compensation packages plus incentives with total earnings in the six figures, and comprehensive benefits plan. The primary objective of this position is client retention and revenue growth with in this base.

Daily responsibilities will include Face-to-Face meetings and/or Conference calls with Clients, working with internal project and operations team. Work on proposals and client presentations in coordination with the Sales team. In addition, the position will be accountable for client retention and the positioning of the company for sale of additional services.

Experience:

This individual must have a minimum of 3 years Account management experience serving the Higher Education Market.

• Strong technical and consultative aptitude and the ability to apply this aptitude to solve business problems
• Proven ability to achieve results working with complex organizations, both internally and externally
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of relevant market trends and opportunities
• Excellent and proven presentation and negotiation skills
• Maintain product knowledge as well as stay current with industry trends and technologies

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree is required
